If you need to add a new GL account to QB for S2k mapping, you can choose SYNC CHART OF ACCOUNTS. Simply use the default setting of “Import From Accounting System to S2k” do NOT use the other, then click Sync Now. Wait until all activity is finished. Then you can go to your mapping screens to map the new item. Don’t forget to REFRESH DROPDOWN in the mapping screen to update to the newest accounts you just imported.
